Process: Harvested 6-8 years and age 12-16 months, slow-cooked and fermented for a minimum of 90+ hours accompanied by the sound of Mozart's classical music and twice distilled in copper stills.

Taste: Very soft and sweet on the palate with hints of pepper, caramel, cinnamon and hazelnut with a long-lasting finish.
